Goals
Our Goals
The SleepLife research study aims to understand how sleep health during the transitionary period between childhood and adolescence impacts emotional health risk.
By learning more about sleep patterns through home-based sleep monitoring and electronic health record review, we will identify which aspects of sleep have the greatest impact on emotional health. Our goal is to develop tools that help providers, families, and teens identify and treat sleep patterns that can influence wellbeing.
We are recruiting youth ages 10-13 years old who attend annual well-child visits at primary care clinics in participating healthcare systems in Pittsburgh, Miami, and Boston.
